Refund Policy

At Glo Head Spa, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We are committed to providing exceptional service and care. Please review our refund policy below:

Appointments & Services

  • All service sales are final. Due to the time and resources reserved for your visit, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a complimentary adjustment or treatment.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Retail Products

  • Unopened and unused retail items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund due to health and safety protocols.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

Gift Cards & Memberships

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, but unused services may roll over within the membership terms.

Late Cancellations

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 charge of the scheduled service.
