Appointments & Services

All service sales are final. Due to the time and resources reserved for your visit, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a complimentary adjustment or treatment.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Retail Products

Unopened and unused retail items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund due to health and safety protocols.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or offered as store credit.
Gift Cards & Memberships

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, but unused services may roll over within the membership terms.
Late Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 charge of the scheduled service.
